Introduction

My name is Dr. Mária Réka Fazakas. I obtained my law degree at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2009. During my university years, I worked for NGOs and later gained professional experience at the Constitutional Court and various law firms.

During my years as a candidate, I gained extensive experience in classical civil law, primarily in the field of real estate law, inheritance law, company law, and compensation law, and the majority of my work already during this period consisted of the preparation of contracts and agreements, as well as participation in legal proceedings and legal representation. I passed the bar exam in 2013, after which I started my own law practice.
